Putting a dent in the Universe : Steve Jobs

Steve Jobs a legendary entrepreneur, a true role model for all generation, he was a visionary leader who had the ability to see the potential in new technologies and products before others did. He was responsible for many breakthrough innovations at Apple, including the Macintosh computer, the iPod, and the iPhone. Steve was a master at branding and marketing. He understood the importance of creating a strong emotional connection with consumers and was able to turn Apple into one of the most recognizable and valuable companies in the world. Also he was a great motivator and leader. He had a unique ability to inspire his team to work towards a common goal, and his relentless pursuit of perfection helped push the company to new heights. Lastly, He was a proponent of design and simplicity, which he believed was essential to creating great products.

He often said that "Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works." When he was fired from Apple in 1985 after losing a power struggle with the company's board of directors, He then founded a new computer company called NeXT, and bought a Graphics Group later which was called Pixar Animation Studios and turned it into one of the most successful animation studios in the world. He returned to Apple in 1996 as an advisor and eventually took over as CEO once again, leading the company to even greater success. This event is unique because it shows how Jobs was able to bounce back from failure and return to a position of leadership and success, it also shows how he never gave up on his vision and passion for technology and design, and how he was able to navigate the business world to achieve his goals.
Overall, Steve Jobs is my role model because of his innovative thinking, leadership, marketing and design skills, and his ability to inspire and motivate others.

Steve Jobs was known for being a demanding and difficult leader. He had high expectations for himself and those around him, and was known to be tough on employees, pushing them to work hard and meet deadlines. This led to a high turnover rate at Apple, and many former employees have spoken about the intense pressure they felt while working under him. Another negative aspect of Steve Jobs was his tendency to be controlling and secretive. He was known to be secretive about the company's plans and products, and would often keep key details from employees and even other executives. This led to a lack of transparency and trust within the company.

It's important to note that all people have their flaws, and it is not to say that these negative aspects outweigh his positive contributions and impact.
